LSU: Himes Hall
Taken inside the women's bathroom of Himes Hall, I think. I'm sure Cappy will correct me if I'm wrong. Not that he hangs out in women's bathrooms or anything.
LSU: Oak on the quad
We spent a day on LSU's campus. The campus has some beautiful architecture, especially on the older buildings. This is a shot of an oak tree in the quad taken through one of the many archways that face it.

Like many of the headstones in the cemetery, the name and date had worn away from this headstone over time.

While walking around downtown St. Francisville, we came across a Episcopal Church with an old cemetery behind it.

The courthouse in St. Francisville. It was undergoing a remodel at the time, so it was surrounded by construction equipment and that orange plastic fencing they use to prevent erosion.

St. Francisville: Statue with flowers
This is the same statue from further away. She has more of the same flowers scattered at her feet. I can't help but wonder if they weren't placed there by some other amateur photographer the day before.

This statue is in the garden of the St. Francisville Inn in St. Francisville, LA. Cappy and I ate breakfast there while visiting over the holidays. They make an excellent breakfast burrito. With crawfish.
I didn't put the flower in her hand. She was already holding it.
